F.C. De Kampioenen #139

A feathered, fringed shaman figure squares off against a man in a bright yellow tracksuit while three bemused teammates look on from between a pair of teepees — it's the kind of gloriously absurd confrontation that F.C. De Kampioenen does so well. Issue #139, titled De Sjofele Sjamaan ("The Shabby Shaman"), promises another riotous comedy adventure from the long-running Belgian favourite, published by Standaard Uitgeverij in 2025. Hec Leemans keeps the laughs coming, and this cover alone is more than enough reason to pick it up.
