A trance-like Wimpy appears to disrupt Popeye’s combat with The Dyad Twins. Olive’s new eye shows Wimpy is under the control of Executor, a strong psychic entity. Wimpy declares that the mission has changed. He takes Swee'pea due to the baby’s unique connection to the supernaturally lucky Whiffle Hen. With Swee'pea kidnapped, Popeye suffers a crisis of confidence over his failure to protect Olive and Swee'pea. Bluto, of all people, harshly talks him out of it. The Sea Hag learns that Olive is descended from a family of powerful witches. Popeye and Olive resolve to rescue Swee'pea as a team.
