Everything's Archie #25

This Giant-sized 1973 installment of Everything's Archie delivers a perfectly charming winter comedy right on its cover: Archie boldly claims his red all-terrain vehicle is superior to a snowmobile — and in the lower panel, with a crowd of cheering friends packed into that same rugged machine plowing gleefully through the snow, he proves it. The cover's two-panel visual gag sets a warm, playful tone that fits the Riverdale gang's easygoing spirit beautifully, and at 25 cents it was a terrific value for a Giant edition.
