Everdark #5

Three fierce figures dominate the cover of this French manga from Pika Édition — a silver-haired warrior woman in dark armor, a hulking horned creature wreathed in flame clutching a skull, and a wild-haired bare-chested fighter — all poised beneath the bold red Everdark logo. Romain Lemaire's series clearly isn't short on intensity, and volume 5 promises an eclectic cast pushing further into whatever dangerous world they inhabit. If you've been following this 2021 title, this installment looks every bit as compelling as the journey so far.
