This eleventh issue of BOOM! Studios' Escape from New York delivers a genuinely unsettling cover by Jason Copland — a bound figure hangs upside down, thick rope coiled around their body, suspended over a blood-red target pattern riddled with bullet holes. The composition is striking and deliberately disorienting, framing the helpless figure as both prisoner and bullseye in a way that captures the brutal, high-stakes spirit of the series. With Christopher Sebela writing and art by Maxim Šimić with colors by Marissa Louise, this 2015 entry keeps the tension wound tight.
