Part two of three in this 1996 DC miniseries, and the cover by Roger Robinson and John Lowe makes a striking statement: a dark, hulking figure explodes through a burst of fiery energy, looming over a caped hero below who strains against the assault. The tagline "The Last Purge of Krypton!" promises that Kryptonian mythology is very much at stake in Ivan Velez Jr.'s story. If the raw, kinetic energy of this cover is any indication, the middle chapter of the Eradicator trilogy isn't letting up for a moment.
