Epic Kill #6

Part of Image Comics' 20th anniversary lineup, this sixth installment of Epic Kill delivers a cover that pulses with raw, kinetic energy. Raffaele Ienco's artwork places the series' fierce heroine — clad in her striking yellow outfit — in a combat-ready stance as two snarling werewolf-like creatures close in from either side, blades drawn, against a stormy stone fortress backdrop. It's a visually charged showdown that makes a compelling case for this 2012 series as one of Image's more boldly entertaining action titles.
