This 1983 Danish Carlsen release brings Benoît Sokal's world-weary duck detective, Inspektør Canardo, back for a second case — "Rasputins mærke" — with Sokal handling every aspect of the art himself, from pencils to inks. The cover art is unfortunately unavailable for this edition, but Sokal's signature blend of noir atmosphere and anthropomorphic characters promises the same moody, European storytelling sensibility that defines the series. A fine addition to any collection of Franco-Belgian crime comics from the era.
