Elvira's car break down in woods outside the town of Creepy Hollow, home of Ichabod Banesworth and the legendary Headless Highwayman. In the Tiny Bubbles laundromat she overhears Christina Twicci suspecting her of murder in the town. After some snooping Elvira sees Christina conjure up the Headless Highwayman who chases Elvira through the forest. Knocking off his pumpkin head, Elvira leads him into the covered bridge where his evil powers fade and he disappears. An enraged Tim Bourbon is arrested for murder.
