Its Christmas time and Santa Claus shows up at Elvira's hotel room and gives her a Christmas gift that is a bookshelf full of books. The books are all enchanted and hardboiled macho writer Ernest Chandler suddenly pops out of one. Another book pops open releasing monsters and demons, leaving Elvira and Chandler to capture them and return them to the novel they came from.
