Elvira is having a frustrating day at work at K-WHA? TV. She is being secret observed by the evil Lord Harvest in another dimension. Elvira is required to attend an annual county fair and, after a humiliating experience, vows to quit being Elvira and marches off to Lord Harvest's dimension. Meanwhile, station manager Roz Wyck interviews Spooky Suzie and Moribunda as Elvira's replacement. However, Elvira and Lord Harvest return to Earth whereupon Lord Harvest accidentally blows himself up with a homemade bomb and Elvira gets her old job back.
