A mysterious figure claiming to be Netuno, king of the seas, appears and demonstrates extraordinary powers. He claims dominion over the oceans and challenges the Homem Submarino. During an encounter with pirates, bullets fired at Netuno fail to penetrate his body, suggesting invulnerability. Later it is revealed that Netuno’s powers derive from a technologically advanced trident containing propulsion, antimagnético bullet-deflection, and electrical mechanisms. Homem Submarino exposes the deception and neutralizes the threat.
