After sleeping beneath a bridge, Gustavo and two other homeless men wake to find themselves starving. They steal a shipment from a boat, only to discover it’s filled not with food, but with toy dolls.

In "El monstruo del pantano," a fugitive fleeing through a desolate swamp stumbles upon a cursed entity that transforms him into a monstrous beast. When he lunges at the sheriff and his deputy from the trees, a twisted fate catches him in a vine—his body collapsing back into the man he once was, leaving only silence in the mist.

In a quiet, surreal sequence, a radio stays silent as objects wait in anticipation, a pear slowly ripens and falls from a branch, and a chain of absurd arrivals unfolds—first a suitcase from a car, then a bottle, then a pen, late and scolded for its tardiness. The story unfolds with deadpan precision, turning ordinary moments into strange, dreamlike tableaus.
