The fifth and final chapter of "Whole Again" arrives in this 2015 IDW series, and the stained-glass cover treatment is genuinely striking — Edward himself gazes out from an ornate, jewel-toned window framed by roses and snowflakes, his scissor-hands folded across his dark coat while the gothic castle looms dramatically in the background. Drew Rausch's art transforms the familiar imagery of the beloved character into something almost cathedral-reverent, with rich blues, golds, and reds that give the whole composition a fairy-tale grandeur. It's a beautifully composed cap to the arc, with Kate Leth and Rausch bringing real craft and affection to Tim Burton's gentle, melancholy creation.
