Issue #14 of DC's Eclipso series presents a genuinely unsettling cover by Audwynn Jermaine Newman and Ray Kryssing — a bloodied, monstrous figure in a torn police uniform looms over fallen bodies, his clawed hand raised in a scene of raw, visceral menace. The prison-bar shadows cutting across the scene add a claustrophobic tension that feels perfectly matched to the story title, "The Undertaking." Robert Loren Fleming's series consistently pushed the darker corners of the DC universe, and this 1993 entry looks like no exception.
