Eat the Rich #5

The fifth and final issue of Sarah Gailey's sharp class-horror series closes out with a cover by Kevin Tong that says everything without saying a word: two blood-spattered young women stride forward with quiet, unsettling confidence — one gripping a meat mallet, the other a cleaver — while suited figures tumble chaotically through the deep crimson background around them. It's a striking image that balances composed determination against surrounding mayhem, capturing the series' darkly satirical tone perfectly. Pius Bak and Roman Titov bring that same energy to the interiors, making this 2021 BOOM! Studios release a fitting capstone to one of the more pointed horror comics of its year.
