# Dynamite #8 Synopsis This issue features two main stories. "The Wire Trap," starring Johnny Dynamite, follows the one-eyed private detective as he becomes entangled in a murder case when Dotty Allen arrives at his door with a gun, claiming someone has stolen Henry Keller's recording and killed him. Johnny investigates and discovers a wire recorder that contains evidence implicating Jake O'Connell in the murder, ultimately exposing the killer and revealing how conscience can transform criminal behavior. The second story, "Caro Nome," depicts a singer auditioning for Mr. Domino, a nightclub owner, who becomes obsessed with her talent and hides her away, only to have her discovered and brought before him as promised, presumably to perform for his establishment.
