Durango Kid #13

The Durango Kid discovers a fresh trail leading off the road and, accompanied by his horse Tipi, pursues it over a mountain. After encountering a bear protecting her young, the Durango Kid manages to pass and reaches a town where he learns of "The Noose," a vigilante lynch gang terrorizing the area under the leadership of Jim Harkness, editor of the local paper. The Durango Kid obtains a note opposing The Noose and uses it as evidence to confront the gang, ultimately confronting the Baron at his ranch in a final showdown to stop their reign of terror.
