Dungeons & Dragons: Ravenloft - Orphan of Agony Isle #4

IDW's horror-tinged D&D series reaches its fourth installment with a cover that perfectly captures the dread of Ravenloft. A young woman with a bandaged head and what appears to be a mechanical or bandaged hand peers anxiously through a doorway, surrounded by an eerie green glow — and the looming, monstrous silhouettes pressing in from either side make it clear she's far from safe. Cover artist Bayleigh Underwood brings real atmosphere to "Orphan of Agony Isle," and with Casey Gilly writing and Lisa Sterle on interior art, this 2022 series continues to be one of the more genuinely unsettling comics on the shelf.
