This issue is an anthology containing multiple stories. "Brain vs. Brawn" follows Bert Haley, a vale-victorian at Burbank High who has been rejected by Mary Trimble after she began dating Clyde Morse, the football star; Bert attempts to win her back by organizing an elaborate Senior Prom entertainment scheme, ultimately resorting to consulting a phrenologist to prove his intellectual superiority. Another story features Dudley Do-Right and Spurs attempting to locate a uranium mine while being pursued by villains who interrogate them about its location.
