Kaboom! brings Duckburg's finest adventurers roaring back in this 2011 series opener, with cover art by Leonel Castellani bursting with kinetic energy. The cover finds Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, and the rest of the gang piled onto a coin-emblazoned motorcycle and sidecar while Launchpad pilots a bright red biplane swooping overhead — all of it framed against a worn treasure-map background that perfectly sets the tone for globe-trotting escapades. With writer Warren Spector kicking off "Rightful Owners," this is a wonderfully spirited relaunch of one of Disney's most beloved adventure ensembles.
