J. Michael Straczynski's surreal noir series continues with this third issue from Image's Joe's Comics imprint, and the cover by Sid Kotian sets an intriguing tone: a sharp-suited detective with a badge stands coolly at center, a dark-haired woman seated before him, while a framed mirror behind them reflects a wild-eyed, agitated figure that feels distinctly out of place. It's a confident, moody composition that captures the series' blend of procedural cool and dreamlike unease perfectly.
