J. Michael Straczynski's Dream Police arrives at issue ten with a cover that perfectly captures the surreal unease at the heart of this series — two central figures stand tense and guarded in the foreground while a city skyline erupts in towering flames behind them, and a procession of tall-hatted, faceless figures marches ominously through the smoke-filled streets. Beneath it all, the ground splits open to reveal rows of enormous teeth, a deeply unsettling reminder that the dreamscape follows its own rules. Sid Kotian's linework, colored vividly by HiFi, makes this one of the more striking covers in the run.
