Dream Diary #2
In "Dead Larry," writer and artist Larry Johnson crafts a surreal, dreamlike journey where a man named Larry finds himself caught between forbidden moments and impossible transformations. As he navigates a world where firemen block his lens and fallen trees turn into giant loaves of bread, the line between reality and the subconscious begins to blur. The story, illustrated entirely by Johnson with his signature hand-drawn style, unfolds in a single, haunting sequence that lingers long after the final panel.

Larry dreams about being prohibited by a fireman from taking photos of a house that is burning. Larry gets on a bus and takes a photo of a tree that had fallen in the road. The tree becomes a giant loaf of sliced bread and the pieces are being loaded into the back of a truck by a group of shirtless men.
