Draculina is hitchhiking and is picked up in a hearse by brother and sister who run a funeral parlor. At night Draculina spies the brother stealing out to attack young women and drink their blood. The brother begins to dissolve shortly after it is discovered that his most recent victim had been exposed to toxic waste. Draculina and the sister investigate a local toxic waste treatment plant to find a number of living dead creatures ambling about. Draculina dispatches them with an axe and later defeats the last one that has made its way to the maternity ward of a local hospital.
