This volume collects chapters of Akira Toriyama's classic comedy manga, following the misadventures of the eccentric inventor Senbei Norimaki and his robot creation, the super-strong and naive Arale. The stories continue to blend slapstick humor, bizarre science, and playful parodies of superhero and sci-fi tropes, with Arale's childlike perspective causing chaos in Penguin Village. This edition is part of Viz's 2006 re-release of the series, presenting the original black-and-white artwork with a new translation.
