The fourth installment continues the series' trademark blend of slapstick humor, absurd science fiction, and playful parodies, featuring more bizarre inventions and encounters with the quirky residents of Penguin Village. Published by Viz as part of their 2005 release of the series, this edition compiles a portion of the original Japanese run in English for the first time.
