Down with Crime #6

This issue contains the story "The Puncture-Proof Assassin," in which a criminal named Shane is hunted by both Detective Bruiser and underworld figures after Shane shoots a man but fails to kill him with a puncture-proof bullet. The narrative follows the manhunt as Shane is tracked to an old State Street hideout, leading to a violent confrontation. A separate story features Jack Dillon, a man who took a job at a grocery store after being unable to find street-level work, who is discovered by his employer Mr. Wilens to have been stealing money since his first day, prompting a tense confrontation about betrayal and theft.
