Donald jobber som journalist. Etter å ha ødelagt tapen med et intervju av en kjent filmskuespiller, prøver Donald å få til et nytt. Han følger etter feil limousin og havner ved en feiltakelse i en rakett til en romstasjon som skal kasseres. Romstasjonen brenner ikke opp gjennom atmosfæren, men styrter på Nordpolen og skremmer vekk en isbjørn fra Julenissens verksted på Nordpolen. Som takk får Donald et intervju med Julenissen.
