In "Storfangst i Angeldal," Mikke and Langbein head to a quiet lakeside hotel in Slottland for a peaceful week of salmon fishing—only to find the river completely empty. When a wealthy magnate arrives, eager to buy the property after discovering vast natural gas reserves beneath it, the duo must figure out what happened to the fish before the future of their vacation—and the hotel—drowns in a deal they never signed.

In "Storfangst," Donald and Dole try their luck at ice fishing, but Donald’s small hole proves too tight for a decent catch—until he enlarges it, only to be dragged under by a fish far bigger than he expected.
