Donald Duck & Co #36/1977
In "Papirinnsamlingen," Donald Duck takes a night shift as caretaker at the Andeby Vokskabinett, where the boys try to keep him awake by hiding a Napoleon figure. When the statue goes missing, Donald grows convinced that the museum’s wax figures have come to life—escaping as carnival ghouls in the dead of night. Written by Carl Barks and Helene C. Kløvstad, with art and inks by Barks, and a cover by Kay Wright and Larry Mayer, this 1977 Norwegian release captures the classic charm of Duckburg mischief in a quietly eerie, suspenseful tale.
