Donald har alltid invitert Dolly ut på hamburgerbar på bursdagen hennes, men i år planlegger han å overraske henne med en gourmetmiddag hun aldri vil glemme. Donald vil selv tilberede bekkerøyefilet med ingefær og vårløk. Det eneste han mangler er en feit og fin røye, men en innpåsliten oter gjør den delen av jobben mer enn vanskelig.
