Donald Duck & Co #24/1997
In "Skituren," Mikke og Minni stumble upon a mysterious seafarer's chest outside Mikke's home—just before a band of pirates swoops in and spirits them away, along with the chest, to the pirates' ship. There, Mikke makes a surprising reunion with his long-lost sea-faring uncle, who sent the chest. Written by John Blair Moore and Harald Dyrkorn and illustrated by César Ferioli with inks by Angeles Felices, this 1997 Norwegian adventure from Hjemmet/Egmont delivers a charming, nautical twist on the classic duck family tales.
