When alien visitors from the planet Zadek arrive on Earth to test whether humans deserve superpowers, they pick Donald Duck as their unwitting experiment. Suddenly gifted with incredible abilities, Donald tries to do good—though his usual antics make the results anything but predictable.
Donald has invited Dolly on a picnic, but when he refuses to let the boys join, they decide to make sure he never forgets this countryside outing.
