Domino #3

The daughter of a wealthy shipowner leaves her fisherman boyfriend and elopes with the owner of a fairgrounds operation. Her new husband had hoped to inherit her father's wealth, but when the father learns of the marriage, he disowns her. Eventually, she learns that she is pregnant, but before she can reveal her news she finds her husband passionately kissing another woman. As this is not his first transgression, she leaves him and attempts to raise the baby on her own. Struggling and in poor health, she seems to have no options when the fisherman shows up to take them home.
