This anthology issue contains three stories set in a fantasy realm called Toyland. "Dolly in Dreamland" follows the young protagonist as she explores a magical landscape filled with toys and whimsical creatures. "Happy Birthday" depicts Dolly and her friend Charlie attempting to find the perfect birthday present for their companion, who has been sulking all day, ultimately deciding to throw him a surprise party. "Sergeant Toy" tells of a brave soldier toy who rescues prisoners and earns medals for his valor, but subsequently faces danger from a jealous rival who attempts to sabotage him, though Dolly ultimately comes to his aid.
