This issue is an anthology containing multiple humorous stories. "How Jimmy Got His New Bike" depicts a boy who saved money through a television bank coin collectible to purchase a bicycle, with relatives and friends contributing coins to the novelty bank. "The Tattooed Sergeant" follows a military drill sergeant instructing soldiers on handling TNT explosives, who later exhausts himself running an obstacle course and falls asleep during fire-trap safety instructions in old homes. The final visible story features Dogface and an English nurse, with Dogface tired after running the obstacle course and later discussing his experiences in the American Army with the nurse.
