Dizzy Duck and a companion's car loses its steering wheel while driving, causing them to accidentally enter the subway system and eventually crash into the Bronx Express train, prompting an emergency call and police response. The issue also includes a Cracker Jack advertisement and a separate "Custer Crocodile" story in which a crocodile attempts to hypnotize a man but is thwarted, with the man retaliating and ultimately chasing the crocodile away.
