In "Tralla La," Scrooge McDuck sets off on a whimsical adventure after discovering gold dust in a goose egg from Featherbrain Island, sparking a race to the island with his nephews and the Ducks. But Magica de Spell, learning of their plans, intercepts them with the Beagle Boys in tow, setting the stage for a showdown on the mysterious island. Written, drawn, and inked by Carl Barks, with cover inks by Larry Mayer, this 1990 Disney Comics Album is a classic tale of greed, mystery, and mischievous magic.
Scrooge McDuck swaps his money bin for a tropical getaway, heading to the mysterious Tralla La—where, legend says, no one even knows the meaning of the word "wealth." With his usual curiosity and a dash of skepticism, he sets out to discover if a place truly exists where gold means nothing at all.
In "Teahouse of the Waggin' Dragon," the Junior Woodchucks enlist Jo to help Scrooge slip past a sea of eager reporters, all while trying to reach a beloved dining spot in Outer Monghoulia—where the real challenge might just be the menu.
In "Isle of Golden Geese," Scrooge McDuck stumbles upon a curious discovery when one of his newly purchased goose eggs reveals gold dust swirling in the yolk—leading him to Featherbrain Island, a place rumored to hold golden geese. With the help of his nephews and the ducks, Scrooge sets off on a treasure hunt, but Magica de Spell, ever the scheming rival, intercepts their plans and races ahead with the Beagle Boys in tow.
