Disney Adventures #9
In "Space Mickey and the Throgg Ray Wars (Part One: Blue Sky)," Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy find themselves whisked from a Caribbean flight to the alien planet Throgg after their plane is abducted by a flying saucer. Written by Lee Nordling and brought to life with bold, colorful art by Sergio Asteriti—pencils, inks, and colors all by the same hand—this adventure kicks off a cosmic escapade where the trio must evade slavery and uncover secrets on a world ruled by a being named Throgg. Bill Pearson handles the lettering, completing a vibrant, fully realized sci-fi tale from Disney Adventures #9 (1992).
