Ding Dong and Peter venture into the Land of Kitty Elves, where they encounter a large mouse and encounter mysterious thumping sounds that frighten them. Peter uses a magic wand to help them escape danger, employing a "roperiseup" spell that allows them to fly to safety. When rain forces them to take shelter, Ding Dong playfully teases Peter about being afraid, and they end the adventure by heading home as the weather clears. The magical wand proves instrumental in their adventures, with Peter consulting a spell book to discover new magic that helps them navigate their fantastical world.
