Die Spinne Comic - Taschenbuch #3
In "Das Erscheinen Razors," Spider-Man, Razorback, and Flash Thompson follow the trail of Brother Power and Sister Sun to uncover their leader, the Hate-Monger—only to be captured in a trap set by the villain’s network. The story builds tension as the trio faces a dangerous confrontation in a hidden stronghold, testing their resolve and unity against a force driven by division and control.
In "Nur ein Leben...", Spider-Man fights against time to deliver a life-saving antidote across New York City, racing through crowded streets and crumbling infrastructure. Medusa, driven by her own urgent need, intercepts the antidote just as Spider-Man nears his destination, setting up a tense clash of motives with no clear victor in sight.
In "Der Käfer kommt," the Beetle's criminal network launches a coordinated crime wave, overwhelming the city's police force and leaving the precinct nearly deserted—creating the perfect opening for the villain to strike at the evidence room. With the streets in chaos and the authorities stretched thin, the Beetle moves in, his plans hidden in the shadows.
In "Zu den Sternen!", the High Evolutionary faces a dire threat on Wundagore II as his New Men, once his engineered creations, descend into chaos and turn on him. Desperate, he turns to the one being he believes might still be controllable—the Hulk—capturing him and bringing him to his world in a bid to regain control.
In "Eine Welt, die er nicht wollte...", the Hulk, transformed once more into Bruce Banner during transport, arrives on Wundagore II to face the High Evolutionary’s New Men. Disappointed by the frail human form he now inhabits, the Evolutionary sees a new possibility: to evolve Banner a million years into humanity’s future, reshaping him into something beyond his wildest fears.
In "Was ich geschaffen habe...", the High Evolutionary's grand experiment reaches a breaking point when Banner, trapped and on the verge of transformation, is interrupted by the New Men. As the Hulk emerges in a violent clash, the Evolutionary—facing his own end—makes a desperate choice: to evolve himself into a being beyond time, transcending humanity’s future. In a final act, he reverts his creations to their primal forms before dissolving into cosmic consciousness. Back on Earth, the Hulk awakens with no memory of the events, still burdened by the weight of his existence.
In "Wendepunkt," a heartbroken Betty mourns the loss of Bruce, unaware that he’s secretly struggling under a disguise, torn between his identity and his fate. When he finally breaks free, he transforms into the Hulk, bursting through the wall in a rage—only to leap toward a mysterious "flying saucer" in the sky, hoping to escape Earth. What he crashes into isn’t alien craft, but the Silver Surfer, setting off a collision of destinies neither man could have foreseen.
In "Wer den Silver Surfer angreift...", the Hulk, convinced the Silver Surfer is an alien threat, launches a furious assault on the cosmic being—only to be effortlessly subdued. The Surfer, intrigued by the Hulk’s rage, delves into his mind and learns the truth behind his transformation, uncovering the tragic toll of gamma radiation. As the Surfer prepares to heal Dr. Banner, the Hulk awakens and, mistaking the gesture for an attack, charges again. Frustrated, the Surfer departs, leaving the Hulk vowing to track him down and force a journey beyond Earth.
