In "Die Nacht des Strolchs!", Peter is left reeling when he catches Gwen on a date with Flash, while Hobie—frustrated by his boss’s dismissals—secretly designs a new safety rig, dons a cloak and mask, and becomes the Prowler. His plan: rob a newspaper to steal money, then return it as himself, turning his act into a public act of redemption. But when Peter stumbles upon the Prowler in the midst of the heist, and J. Jonah finds Peter standing in front of an empty safe, the night takes a turn neither man could have foreseen.

In "Die Kraft! Der Zorn! Der Stolz!", Thor clashes with Crusher Creel in the heart of New York, their battle shaking the city’s streets. When Thor hesitates to save a boy caught in the crossfire, his moment of mercy becomes his undoing.
