Kieron Gillen's dark fantasy RPG series Die reaches its sixth chapter with "The Grind," and Stephanie Hans's cover art is as mesmerizing as ever. Dominating the composition is an imposing horned, armored figure bearing the number six — flanked on either side by two masked, weapon-wielding warriors rendered in warmer, more muted tones. The geometric triangle motifs overlaid across the image give the whole thing a dice-face quality, a fitting visual metaphor for a series built around the terrible weight of the roll.
