Tracy and Sam find the hideout of a narcotics gang, which is harboring Elsa, the fugitive killer. They smoke the gang out and kill them in a gun battle. Elsa is found and confesses. Later, Junior is kidnapped by a gang that wants him to do a sketch for them. The gang lets Junior go, then uses the sketch to find a man at the airport who is carrying a phonograph record that has the code to find a million dollars. A man carrying the other two records with clues to the treasure is killed in a high-speed auto accident and the records are found by two teenage girls.
