Tracy and his family and B.O. Plenty's family are vacationing on the same lake. Mr. Crime orders Tonsils to go to the lake and kill Tracy with a rifle. Tracy, Sparkle and Bonnie Braids are taking a morning speedboat ride when Tonsils wounds Tracy, sending him overboard. The speedboat goes wild with Sparkle and Bonnie in it. Tonsils reports back to Mr. Crime, but is double-crossed and ends up as lunch for a barracuda. Days later, after an intensive search, the three are found with help from the recluse Rifle Ruby. Newsuit Nan enters the picture at the end of the story.
