The police custodian is in a racket with Spinner ReCord to smuggle safe boxes from the police vault. Spinner murders the custodian and gets rid of the body. However, a record implicating him is accidentally sold to the custodian's daughter and Spinner has to retrieve it. Everything falls through and after a chase, Spinner is caught and confesses. Tracy is cleared of the theft charges against him. Meanwhile, Junior has a new girl friend with questionable relatives.
