Compilation of daily and Sunday newspaper comic strips from May ?, 1941 through June 29, 1941. Constable Ferret gives a quart of blood to save a badly wounded Tracy. Ferret's daughter is killed in a car chase after assisting Trigger in an armed robbery. Tracy and Ferret track Trigger to a farm, where Ferret saves Tracy by shooting a charging bull. Trigger returns to the city and assassinates crime boss Czar. Tracy and Patton continue tracking Trigger, now on their own turf.
