T. V. Wiggles escapes Tracy by hiding in a carload of cinders but almost suffocates when another load of cinders is dumped on him. He manages to survive until the truckload with him in it is dumped at the landfill. Bruised and battered from the fall, he attempts to force Bubbles, a lady wrestler and former friend to hide him from the police. Instead, she calls Tracy. Angry at being betrayed, Wiggles buys a rifle and plans to kill Bubbles at a live wrestling match.
