Con artist Autumn Hews frames Junior and the Crimestoppers for a crime and then has Coffyhead recruit them to pull a series of jobs. If they refuse, Coffyhead threatens to beat them. Meanwhile, Autumn uses her feminine wiles to distract Dick Tracy. Tracy rescues the captured Crimestoppers and pursues Autumn Hews and Coffyhead.
